Areas of Expertise: Program Management; Aging Policy and Practice

Mr. Turowski joined the Benjamin Rose Institute (BRI) in 2006. As Vice President, he oversees the services provided by BRI, including social work, mental health services, home care, adult day/partial hospitalization, and the Senior Companion program.

Prior to prior joining BRI, he was Director of the Office of Program Management for the Pennsylvania Department of Aging. He earned a master of social work degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
