Benjamin Rose Institute's Medicare Call Center helps Medicare beneficiaries understand and access the benefits available under Medicare part D.
The Medicare Call Center
- Submits online applications for the Low Income Subsidy (LIS)
- Assists with learning about and enrolling in appropriate Medicare Prescription Drug Plans (PDPs)
- Helps beneficiaries resolve Medicare Part D problems
- Assists with review of current PDP and in selecting a different plan for the next calendar year
- Provides information in selection of and enrollment in the most cost-effective plan available
