The Katz Policy Institute

The Katz Policy Institute (KPI) was established in 2007 to expand the Benjamin Rose Institute on Aging's involvement in educational outreach and public policy development. The Institute is named in honor of BRI's Distinguished Scholar Sidney Katz, MD. Ultimately, the KPI will promote collaborative work among BRI's programs and with partner organizations; inform the development of BRI's public policy positions; and contribute to public discourse and education on policy issues related to quality of life for older adults.
