Our Behavioral Health nurses provide care under the supervision of a physican or psychiatrist to older adults with mental health issues. Behavioral Health nurses work with mental health case managers, social workers, occupational therapists, home health aides and other team members. Our goal is to help clients function as independently as possible in their homes and the community.
Behavioral Health issues may include:
- Schizophrenia
- Bipolar Disorder
- Personality Disorders
- Alzheimer's Disease
- Other Dementia
