Partial Hospitalization Program
The Benjamin Rose Partial Hospitalization Program — Mental Health Innovations — is an intensive, CARF-certified treatment service for older adults with clinically indicated mental health needs. It consists of high level face–to–face mental health interventions in a group setting. Skilled mental health professionals provide therapeutic interventions and address the individualized needs of the individuals served. The Partial Hospitalization Program promotes movement to the least restrictive level of care, and live as independently as possible at home and in the community.
We offer intensive therapeutic services for older adults with severe mental disabilities, including:
- Assessment
- Group therapeutic sessions on the topics of mental illness, coping skills, medication management, interpersonal and social competency, conflict resolution, and emotion/behavior management.
- Individual counseling
- Social activities outside core therapy hours
