The Eldercare Services Institute of Benjamin Rose

We offer a wide range of services geared toward keeping you or your family member healthy, safe and at home. As experts in aging, our staff is trained to help older adults with aging-related changes in their bodies, minds and environment.

The Eldercare Services Institute provides services to the following populations:

• Older adults who live in Cuyahoga County
• Caregivers or significant others who have concerns about an older adult
• Individuals concerned about issues of aging or how to plan for their elder years.

The primary goal of the Eldercare Services Institute is to help older adults in Cuyahoga County live independently in the community.

In-home and community services:

Adult Day Services Program
Specialized services for older adults with cognitive and functional impairments.

Social Work Department
Services are provided by professional licensed social workers.

Eldercare Services Institute Home Care
For older adults needing skilled nursing, home care aide, rehabilitation services or medical social service. Personal care and homemaking assistance are also available.

Mental Health Program
Specialized services for older adults living with mental/emotional issues.

Partial Hospitalization Program - Mental Health Innovations
Therapeutic group sessions for older adults with mental illness.

Senior Companion Program
