The Eldercare Services Institute of Benjamin Rose

We offer a wide range of services geared toward keeping you or your family member healthy, safe and at home. As experts in aging, our staff is trained to help older adults with aging-related changes in their bodies, minds and environment.

The Eldercare Services Institute provides servies to the following populations:

  • Older adults who live in Cuyahoga County
  • Caregivers or significant others who have concerns about an older adult
  • Individuals concerned about issues of aging or how to plan for their elder years.

 

 Consistent with our commitment to quality, all Benjamin Rose Eldercare Services staff are professionally screened and insured.

In-home and related services:

Adult Day Program and Partial Hospitalization Program
Specialized services for older persons with cognitive and functional impairments; therapeutic group sessions for older persons with menatl illness. Call 216-791-8000.

Social Work Department
Services are provided by professional licensed social workers. Call 216-791-8000.

Benjamin Rose Home Care
For older persons needing skilled nursing, home care aide, rehabilitation services or medical social service.

Mental Health Program
Specialized services for older persons living with mental/emotional issues. Call 216-791-8000.

Private-Pay Home Care
Provides care for older persons in need of personal care and homemaking assistance. Call 216-791-8000.

Senior Companion Program
For older persons who can benefit from Companionship. Contact Sheila Dessau at 216-373-1751.
