The next senior housing project of the Benjamin Rose Institute on Aging -- Margaret Wagner Apartments II (MWAII) -- is underway.

The 2nd and 3rd floors of the former nursing home, Margaret Wagner House (2375 Euclid Heights Blvd, Cleveland Heights) will be renovated into 36 one-bedroom HUD Section 202 Supportive Housing for Seniors apartments.  

The lead architect on the project is David DiFrancesco along with Joanne Gretter of Herman Gibans Fodor, Inc.; the general contractor is Marous Brothers Construction. 

Construction is scheduled to be completed in early 2012.

Currently, BRIA manages 24 HUD Section 202 senior apartments on the 4th and 5th floors of Margaret Wagner House.
