What makes us different?  

• For older persons living with mental or emotional problems such as:

  Depression
  Anxiety
  Bipolar Disorder
  Schizophrenia
  Adjustment Disorders

• We are the largest and oldest community-based, mental health program for older persons in the county
• Services are provided to clients in their own homes, (or wherever they call home.)
• We work with caregivers and family members
• We serve all of Cuyahoga County
• We provide a treatment approach focusing on the entire person
• We provide a comprehensive nursing assessment
• We are part of a service agency providing Home Health Services
• Doctor's orders are not required for our program
• We have a collaborative relationship with a wide variety of hospitals and other service providers

What do we provide?

• Assessments
• Partial Hospitalization Program (Intensive Group Counseling)
• Counseling
• Community Psychiatric Supportive Therapy (Case Management ) to identify and meet specific needs
• Assistance in obtaining medical, legal, financial, psychiatric and social service resources

How are we paid?

• Benjamin Rose is a contract agency of the Cuyahoga County Community Mental Health Board
• Medicare and Medicaid funding is accepted when service is covered
• We have a Sliding Fee Scale for Non Medicaid/Medicare services
