We offer a wide range of services geared toward keeping you or your family member healthy, safe and at home. As experts in aging, our staff is trained to help older adults with aging-related changes in their bodies, minds and environment.

The Eldercare Services Institute provoides servies to the following populations:

• Older adults who live in Cuyahoga County
• Caregivers or significant others who have concerns about an older adult
• Individuals concerned about issues of aging or how to plan for their elder years.

The primary goal of the Eldercare Services Institute is to help older adults in Cuyahoga County remain in their homes.

In-home and related services:

Adult Day Program and Partial Hospitalization Program

Benjamin Rose Home Care
For older persons needing skilled nursing, home care aide, rehabilitation services or medical social service.

Mental Health Program

Private-Pay Home Care
