DESCRIPTION:REGISTER\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPlease join us for an open format BRI Care Consultation Learning Collaborative\, Assessing the Assessment Process\, a guided discussion & dialogue among Care Consultants and other interested professionals.  \n\n\n\nAssessment of the caregiver and care receiver is an essential element in BRI Care Consultation – and we know it’s not a simple clinical assessment but an ongoing process. We invite you to share your experiences and learn from other Care Consultants in an open discussion about how the Assessment Tool helps you understand the kind of assistance clients need and want. Topics will include:  \n\n\n\n\nHow user-friendly is it to connect caregiver concerns with the domains listed? \n\n\n\nHow do you use the trigger function to support working with caregivers?\n\n\n\nWhat tips would you share with new or seasoned Care Consultants when using the Assessment process?\n\n\n\nWhich domains are most effective in generating emotions/dialogue? \n\n\n\n\nThis Learning Collaborative will not have a formal presentation; this is an opportunity to share and learn how to use the Assessment process to your fullest advantage.
