She is a Senior Fellow at the Women’s Institute for a Secure Retirement (WISER) and contractor with the Native American Elder Justice Initiative (NAEJI). She is an Elder Justice advocate specializing in financial abuse and exploitation of older adults and frequently conducts training on those topics. She also speaks frequently about financial literacy and the cost of family caregiving.  She is a former state and federal fraud prosecutor. \n\nKozlowski’s policy work includes being a senior elder justice advisor to the HHS Assistant Secretary (ACL); building the CFPB Office for the Financial Protection of Older Adults; working with DOJ’s Elder Justice Initiative and consulting with AARP\, NAPSA\, FINRA\, SIFMA\,  the American Bankers Association and the American Bar Association’s Commission on Law and Aging\, among others. She speaks frequently at national aging conferences and roundtables. She is currently co-chair of the American Society of Aging’s Economic Security Advisory Board.  She is a founding board member of The National Center for State and Tribal Elder Justice Coalitions\, a member of the NAPSA’s Committee Against Financial Exploitation\, and a board member of the Spry Foundation and of IONA Senior Services.
