Evelyn has been entertaining like no other in the styles of jazz\, R&B and pop. She has opened for the likes of Mel Torme\, Joan Rivers\, Harry Belafonte\, Bob James\, Freddie Jackson\, and Regina Belle among others. She performs at the Tri-C JazzFest annually and was awarded the Jazz Legend Award from Tri-C Community College in 2008. 																			\n																	\n							\n						\n					\n				\n			\n					\n				\n					\n						\n							\n								\n																		\n																	\n							\n							\n								\n									Joe Hunter																											\n										Growing up in a musical household\, Cleveland Heights native Joe Hunter began playing piano when he was just eight years old. His parents would take him to venerable Cleveland jazz venues to experience performances by some of the top musicians of the day. Hunter has been playing music full time\, as a solo artist and with various bands since the late 1980s and in 1997 started teaching jazz piano at Cuyahoga Community College\, a faculty position he holds today.

Joe also plays regularly with bands around Cleveland such as Quick Silver\, QS Jazz and Hip to That. When the opportunity comes along\, he also enjoys playing in pit orchestras for musicals. 																			\n																	\n							\n						\n					\n				\n			\n					\n				\n					\n						\n							\n								\n																		\n																	\n							\n							\n								\n									Saam Cabot																											\n										Saam Cabot relocated back to the Cleveland area 20 years ago forming her own Blues Rock group Qwik Sil-ver. She has been playing and singing with many Ohio musicians since. While Saam’s vocal style is often compared to Janis Joplin\, her treatment and comfort with standards from Cole Porter to Billie Holiday is sublime. Her flute and saxophone endeavors always delight! Saam is also a member of the Euclid Symphony Orchestra where she plays clarinet.

DESCRIPTION:Please join us for a day of inspiration and celebration at Triumph: Benjamin Rose Celebrates You! Enjoy lunch\, moving client testimonials\, awards and an inspiring Keynote Address. \n\n\n\nThe Triumph luncheon runs from 1:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.\, with doors opening to the buffet at 10:30 a.m. Tickets to the luncheon are $75 each\, with tables accommodating up to ten people. \n\n\n\nAfter lunch\, please join us at our community fair from 1:30 – 4 p.m. We’ll have activities\, information from many of our local partners and live music and dancing. Everyone is welcome to enjoy this FREE event and connect with invaluable resources. Proceeds from the event support Benjamin Rose services within our four programming pillars: Home & Community Based Services\, Housing & Homeownership\, Financial Wellness and Research\, Education & Advocacy. \n\n\n\nTicket sales and awards winners will be announced later this spring. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n	\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n	\n\n	\n\n	Know someone 60+ committed to rethinking aging?\n	\n\n\n\n\n	\n\n	\n\nNominate someone for the Golden Achievement Award!
