Audra Bennett

Audra Kessler Bennett is the Vice President of Institutional Advancement at Benjamin Rose Institute on Aging and its subsidiaries and is responsible for organizational strategy and policy relating to marketing and fund development initiatives. She joined Benjamin Rose in 2021 with over 25 years of marketing and fund development experience.

She joined Benjamin Rose in 2021 with over 25 years of marketing and fund development experience. 

Prior to joining Benjamin rose, Bennett served as Vice President of Marketing and Fund Development for Neighborhood Family Practice, a federally qualified health center with seven locations on Cleveland’s near west side. In addition, she has held progressively increasing roles of responsibility in business-to-business, consumer and non-profit environments with experience in health care, insurance, retail, vision services, digital and trade publishing.

Bennett earned a Bachelor of Science in journalism from Ohio University. 
 

Valerie Maczak

Valerie Maczak serves as Grants Manager at Benjamin Rose Institute on Aging and all of its subsidiaries, helping foundations, corporations and community organizations achieve their philanthropy goals through meaningful grantmaking. Maczak graduated from Kent State University cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in public relations focused on non-profit management. She brings more than 15 years’ experience of strategic communication and relationship management to her role.

Valerie Maczak serves as Grants Manager at Benjamin Rose Institute on Aging and all of its subsidiaries, helping foundations, corporations and community organizations achieve their philanthropy goals through meaningful grantmaking.

Maczak graduated from Kent State University cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in public relations focused on non-profit management. She brings more than 15 years’ experience of strategic communication and relationship management to her role. A 2017 graduate of Cleveland Leadership Center’s Civic Leadership Institute, Maczak joined Benjamin Rose in 2018. She is proud to give her volunteer efforts to the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program and the EDWINS Garden at Grafton Correctional Institution.

Allison Morford

Development Manager

Allison Morford is the Development Manager for the Rose Centers for Aging Well and a member of the Institutional Advancement team. As Development Manager, Morford works to identify, organize, manage and provide leadership on all fundraising initiatives for the Rose Centers programs. She joined Benjamin Rose in 2020.

Allison Morford is the Development Manager for the Rose Centers for Aging Well and a member of the Institutional Advancement team. As Development Manager, Morford works to identify, organize, manage and provide leadership on all fundraising initiatives for the Rose Centers programs. She joined Benjamin Rose in 2020.

Morford has institutional advancement experience that includes work in donor cultivation, special events, grant writing, board development, volunteer engagement, communications and marketing.

Prior to joining Benjamin Rose, Morford was the Individual Giving Director at City Year Cleveland. She is dedicated to serving non-profits that provide basic needs support in Cleveland, Ohio. Morford previously worked in the development department at The West Side Catholic Center and University Settlement. 

Morford received a Bachelor of Arts degree in public relations with a minor in psychology and international studies from The Pennsylvania State University. Morford serves on the Community Service Alliance Board of Directors and previously served as The Metanoia Project Board of Directors’ Vice President. Morford completed the Cleveland Leadership Center’s Civic Leadership Institute in 2019. 
 

Jennifer Salkin

Jennifer Salkin is the Marketing & Development Manager in the Institutional Advancement department at Benjamin Rose Institute on Aging. She is responsible for internal and external communications throughout the organization, including outreach events, fundraising events, corporate sponsorships and representation at local, state, national and international conferences.

Jennifer Salkin is the Marketing and Development Manager in the Institutional Advancement department at Benjamin Rose Institute on Aging. She is responsible for internal and external communications throughout the organization, including outreach events, fundraising events, corporate sponsorships and representation at local, state, national and international conferences.

Salkin joined Benjamin Rose in 2014. Prior to joining Benjamin Rose, she worked in development, special events and communications at the American Red Cross of Greater Cleveland and Great Lakes Theater.

Salkin received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication from Denison University and a Master of Arts degree in Nonprofit Administration from John Carroll University.
