Our FREE Aging in Place: Know Your Housing Options course is designed to assess homes for safety, accessibility, and affordability; explore ways to use home equity to stay in the home; and discover housing options.

- Create a continuum of care plan based on health, supports, and both current and future needs
- Review safety and accessibility in the home through safety checklists
- Learn about fall prevention
- Explore home affordability and the importance of budgeting
Session two:
Using Your Home Equity to Keep Your Home

- Learn the definition of home equity and why it matters
- Explore different ways to use home equity to age in place:
- Single purpose loans and grants
- Home equity loans
- Home equity line of credit
- Reverse mortgages
Session three:
Exploring Housing Options for Older Adults
