Join Benjamin Rose for a concert series in collaboration with The Music Settlement, designed to bring audiences closer to the heart of live music. Each intimate performance features a different genre—classical, jazz, and pop/rock—with talented artists sharing both their music and the stories behind the genre. Experience an inspiring celebration of sound, storytelling, and community!

Limited free parking is available off the lot on Mistletoe Drive, with paid street parking nearby. Light refreshments will be provided!

Performers

Evelyn Wright

A professional vocalist for 30 plus years. Evelyn has been entertaining like no other in the styles of jazz, R&B and pop. She has opened for the likes of Mel Torme, Joan Rivers, Harry Belafonte, Bob James, Freddie Jackson, and Regina Belle among others. She performs at the Tri-C JazzFest annually and was awarded the Jazz Legend Award from Tri-C Community College in 2008.

Joe Hunter

Growing up in a musical household, Cleveland Heights native Joe Hunter began playing piano when he was just eight years old. His parents would take him to venerable Cleveland jazz venues to experience performances by some of the top musicians of the day. Hunter has been playing music full time, as a solo artist and with various bands since the late 1980s and in 1997 started teaching jazz piano at Cuyahoga Community College, a faculty position he holds today.
