Rose on the Go: Good Gut Grub
Join Rose on the Go for GOOD GUT GRUB, a fun and educational workshop exploring delicious foods that support healthy digestion. Chefs from the Greater Cleveland Food Bank will lead a cooking demonstration featuring gut-friendly ingredients and recipes. Following the demonstration, Judi Strauss from The Charmed Kitchen will lead a hands-on pickling workshop where participants will learn different pickling methods and create their own pickled vegetables to take home.
