Mental Health Case Management

Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS)

These intensive short-term services can help you to continue to live in your home or in a comfortable environment to you.

Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment (CPST)

Our CPST services work to develop a person-centered treatment plan in partnership with your case worker to assist you in managing your mental health conditions. Your case manager will support you in making connections to psychiatric and medical care, housing and other entitlements to help improve quality of life and independence. As a part of the treatment plan, a case manager will determine the number of sessions that are needed to address your needs.

Counseling/Psychotherapy

Our one-on-one counseling sessions offer support from licensed social workers to help you address challenges related to chronic illness, trauma, grief, loss, relationship issues, or ongoing mental health concerns.

Mental Health Day Group Treatment

Our team of behavioral health professionals works to support those diagnosed with depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety and other mental health challenges by providing compassionate care focused on:

  • Mental health concerns
  • Coping skills
  • Relationship and social skills
  • Conflict resolution
  • Emotion/behavior management

All sessions are led by licensed behavioral health professionals who encourage group discussion and address individual needs while following a curriculum designed with input from previous program participants. In addition to group care, individual therapeutic support is available via case managers and/or counselors.

Day Treatment is offered in three-hour sessions, virtually Monday through Thursday, and in-person on Thursdays. Two sessions per week are recommended. Transportation assistance is available.
