Completing the program may help you qualify for assistance.
Benjamin Rose’s Homebuyer Education is supported by lenders, government agencies and non-profits. Participants gain the tools, knowledge and confidence needed to successfully navigate the homebuying process and earn a certificate of completion that may be required by lenders and down-payment assistance programs. By completing Homebuyer Education, you may qualify for lower interest rates and up to $10,000 in down payment assistance.
