Meet Our Client: Mark Kessler Born and raised on Cleveland’s east side, Mark Kessler has a lifelong love for the community that surrounds the Margaret Wagner Apartments located at 2375 Euclid Heights Boulevard in Cleveland Heights. Since 2003, the complex has provided adults age 62 or older in the Greater Cleveland area who meet Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) income requirements with secure, affordable and supportive housing. Meet Our Client: Alzonia Evans Alzonia's daughters felt she had become very isolated during COVID – a common concern for many older adults even when there isn’t a worldwide pandemic. In January 2024, Alzonia’s daughters convinced her to visit the nearby Paul W. Alandt Rose Center. Located at 16600 Lakeshore Boulevard, it is one of the six Rose Centers for Aging Well. Read more
