Transition Counseling

We offer transition counseling to help individuals who need assistance transitioning from homeownership to other types of housing.

Our counselors will also help explore using the equity for aging in place strategies. Our FREE Aging in Place: Know Your Housing Options course is designed to assess our homes for safety, accessibility, and affordability; explore ways to use home equity to stay in our homes; and discover housing options. This course is offered quarterly.
